This is so typical of men,though. My father didn't want a houseful of pets. We had a houseful and he loved them. My husband was the same when it came to getting a second cat. One cat is enough, he kept saying. But when Thomas came into our lives, my husband was the first one to say, let him stay. That's why we love the men in our lives. We know the kindness and love in their hearts.
