Effie and Frank Petersen 1930s
Effie was a friend/possibly cousin to my Paternal Grandmother Rosie Driscoll.
I have a chatty letter from Effie to Nanny (as I called my Grandmother) which is a glimpse into thier friendship. I will dig out a picture of Nanny one of these days and post it too.
